RETURN Policy

At Sheq Safety Coastal, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our simplified returns policy below: 

Warranty Period: Any defects must be reported within the manufacturer's warranty period, which typically ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the item.

Shortages: All shortages must be reported via email within 2 days of delivery or collection to allow for a thorough investigation and to proceed with supplying any shortages or issuing credits as necessary.

Transport Charges:

  • Return transport charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • A handling fee of 10-20% may apply, depending on the item and the time required to inspect it. If the original freight covered the delivery costs, this amount may be deducted from the credit note.

Return/Exchange Requests: To initiate a return, please include the following information:

  • Item description
  • Quantity
  • Sheq Safety Coastal ‘s invoice number
  • Reason for the return

Faulty Items: If Sheq Safety Coastal is at fault, transport fees for the return will be waived

Item Condition:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without any damages.
  • Products will not be considered defective if proper care instructions were not followed or if the items were misused.
  • Items with alterations or branding will not be accepted for return.

Invoice Copy: Ensure a copy of the invoice is included with your return request.

Pre-Approval: Returns are only accepted on a pre-approval basis and may still be declined by the manufacturer if not found to be valid.
